01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jilipg platform located at https://jilipg.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jilipg (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jilipg and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any posted update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and use jilipg, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jilipg strictly prohibits access by minors.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are not accessing jilipg from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jilipg or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jilipg or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

jilipg reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilipg may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

03 Account Registration

To access the full features of jilipg, including placing bets and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on jilipg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. jilipg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC Verification: jilipg may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify jilipg of any changes to your registered information by contacting our support team.

04 Deposits & Payments

jilipg accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on jilipg are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies otherwise.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jilipg account within minutes. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods not registered in your own name, is prohibited.
• No Third-Party Payments: jilipg does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
• Deposit Limits: Players may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. jilipg may also impose platform-level deposit limits in accordance with regulatory requirements.

jilipg does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your bank or e-wallet provider for applicable charges.

05 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money balance subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. jilipg reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. jilipg supports GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank for withdrawals.
• Processing Time: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) banking business days.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as described in Section 7. Withdrawal requests that do not meet applicable wagering requirements will be declined until requirements are fulfilled.
• Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits may apply. Players will be notified of applicable limits within their account dashboard.

jilipg reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance reviews. Players will be notified of any such delay and the reason therefor within a reasonable timeframe.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jilipg — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games, virtual sports, and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined independently of jilipg's commercial interests.

• RNG Certification: All RNG-based games on jilipg are independently tested and certified for fairness by recognized testing laboratories. Certification documentation is available upon request.
• Game-Specific Rules: Each game on jilipg is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, jilipg reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. jilipg's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Acceptance: jilipg reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds or game parameters were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted by jilipg at any time without prior notice.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

jilipg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Specific promotions may carry different wagering multipliers, which will be clearly stated in the promotion details.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jilipg reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Players who have previously abused bonus terms may be excluded from future promotions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and virtual sports may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus winnings is capped at five (5) times the original bonus amount.
• Abuse Prevention: jilipg actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players. Any player found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonus funds forfeited and their account may be suspended.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jilipg. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jilipg, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using jilipg for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with jilipg games or systems without express written authorization.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, including but not limited to card counting in live dealer games where prohibited by game rules.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with jilipg's software, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilipg staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing jilipg from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on jilipg — including but not limited to the platform name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilipg or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jilipg solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jilipg content without prior written consent.
• Use the jilipg name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorization.
• Create derivative works based on jilipg's proprietary content or software.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from jilipg for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of jilipg's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jilipg.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilipg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilipg account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilipg shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruption of service, technical failures, or force majeure events beyond jilipg's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet disruptions, or government actions.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on jilipg that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jilipg's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

jilipg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Age Restriction: jilipg strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account immediately closed and all deposits returned.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from jilipg for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: jilipg provides optional reality check notifications that display your session duration and net gaming activity at regular intervals.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

jilipg reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or other prohibited software.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers in bad faith.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Player request for account closure.

Upon account closure, jilipg will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds under investigation) to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. The processing of such refunds may take up to fourteen (14) business days.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

jilipg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and our Privacy Policy.

By registering on jilipg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

jilipg will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how to exercise your data rights.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jilipg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jilipg will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of jilipg following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using jilipg and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://jilipg.pro/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of jilipg, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Players may contact jilipg's support team to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this section shall prevent jilipg from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

For disputes relating to gaming fairness or regulatory compliance, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant regulatory authority.
